Our spacious luxury penthouse apartment is on a safe, private and secure complex. The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer and fully heated for the winter and has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds
Lounge Area:
Spacious lounge with comfortable high quality furnishings. English Satellite TV, DVD, CD with a collection of music, films, books and games.
Dining Area:
Fully equipped American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs.
Terrace:
Large private sunny terrace, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining with sunbeds overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool. The terrace has lighting for the evening and retractable sunblinds for shade from the heat of the day.
Master Bedroom:
Double bed, shutters, Juliet balcony, well furnished and with ample fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2:
With two full size single beds, shutters, English Satellite TV, fitted wardrobes.
Main Bathroom:
With full size bath with power shower over, toilet, twin basins and hairdryer.
Shower Room:
With large walk in power shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer.
Hallway:
Large Hall with entry phone system.
Storage Room:
Washing machine, safe and plenty of storage space.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Clean towels and linen are provided on a weekly basis. Maid cleaning once a week with on-site caretaker for any maintenance issues.
