Our spacious luxury penthouse apartment is on a safe, private & secure complex with Olympic size swimming pool with Jacuzzi, waterfalls and children's section for sole use of residents.
The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer and fully heated for the winter and has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower over, twin washbasins, WC and the other with large shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Large living accommodation including fully equipped American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs and lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating with English satellite TV, DVD player with library of films, books and board games. This all leads onto a large private sunny terrace, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sunbeds overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool. The terrace has lighting for the evening and sunblinds for the heat of the day.
Only 35/45 minutes by taxi from the airport, Cala D'Or is one of the most beautiful areas of Majorca.
All this within five minutes walk of two safe coves with soft sand and shallow water, perfect for children. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within two minutes stroll and the classy Cala D'or Marina is a ten to fifteen minute walk.
